What is the price for delivery?

Can I get a sample of a fabric that I like?
Yes, we offer samples on most of our fabrics. If a sample is available for your chosen product you will see ‘order a sample’ button. Select this button and it will add the sample to your basket.
Can you supply fabric that is not listed on your website?
Yes, we have a huge variety of stock in both stores that may not be currently listed on the website at present. Please fill out an enquiry form or call us on 01922 633 922 and we can provide you with details and prices. We also hold account with most UK fabric suppliers, so if we don’t have stocks, we can investigate into sourcing your desired material.
What lengths of fabric can I buy?
You can purchase lengths of fabric in either half or full metre increments. Just type the desired size into the box and add to your basket. Any fabric ordered in multiple increments will be sent in one continuous length unless otherwise specified.
Do you offer a made to measure service?
Yes, we have an in-house workroom, where our skilled seamstresses make everything from curtains to Roman Blinds to matching cushions and tiebacks. For a quote, please visit our made to measure website or call our team on 01922 633 922.
How long does your made to measure service take?
Once your order is placed for bespoke curtains or blinds, we will finish making your products within 10-15 working days. They will then be shipped on a next day delivery.
Are your discounted items seconds?
No, discounted items are normally end of line stock in perfect condition unless stated in the listings.
What about shrinkage or fading?
It is normal for washable fabrics to be subject to some shrinkage, however this can depend on the type of fabric and the temperature that it is washed at. Unless stated we would always recommend dry cleaning, alternatively test a sample before washing the finished product. Naturally fading will occur over time in most fabrics, with curtains and blinds we recommend always using a lining to protect your fabric from the sun’s harmful rays.
How long does postage take?
We aim to dispatch all orders the same or following working day Monday to Saturday. Orders are sent via Royal Mail or DX courier on a next day delivery. This will depend on the weight and size of your parcel. If you need your order as soon as possible you can upgrade to Next day despatch. All samples are sent 1st class via Royal Mail.
