Wellcome home, I'm Lisa aka LiLi

I'm a mind-body healer + mama obsessed with all things nutrition, nervous system, mindfulness, body mechanics, movement, and I'm usually reading four books at once on these topics (plus, a murder mystery).

I'm also a Registered Dietitian + a newly trained Yoga Teacher with my Masters in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology from Columbia University. I'm excited to marry medicinal movement with mindfulness and nutrition as a method for restoring the mind-body connection.

I hope to use my gifts, studies, and wisdom earned on my own personal journey to guide you HOME.
