Beginner's Program

If you are looking to get started with CrossFit, we recommend our Beginner's Program. It's a four-week program consisting of 12 classes. Through this program we are aiming to teach you all the basics of CrossFit but more importantly we will try show you how exciting and enjoyable getting in shape can be.

Regular Classes

Those are 60-minute classes consisting of either a strength or skill part and a high-intensity WoD (Workout of the Day). All classes are given by certified coaches and in English. Our coaches will make sure that your workout becomes the most enjoyable part of your day.
