Online Ordering

Why doesn't my promo code work?

Promo codes cannot be applied to items on Special, including Tuesday and Friday deals. Only one promo code can be used per order, and it cannot be combined with Rewards.

 

Please make sure the code is not expired, you've met offer requirements including the minimum order subtotal, and that item(s) in the cart are regular price (non-Special).

Can I pay online with SNAP EBT?

You may place a pickup order online and select EBT/SNAP for the payment method during checkout, but EBT/SNAP payments cannot be processed online. Bring your EBT card to pay in-store when you pick up, along with another valid payment type for any remaining balance.

Can I place an order for a future-day pickup or delivery?

You can schedule an online order for same-day pickup or delivery at a specified time. We apologize that future-day pickup and delivery are currently unavailable.

How do I find and re-order my recent orders?

MySlice Rewards members can Sign In to their account, then click the profile icon, select Recent Orders, and click Order Again to re-order.

I was excited to try an advertised product, but it’s not available at my local store. Why not?

You may need to update the zip code in your profile to get the correct offers for your area. Sign In to your MySLICE account. Then click on the profile icon and select Update Profile, or contact one of our Brand Ambassadors for assistance by clicking the Chat button below.

SNAP EBT Payments

Does Papa Murphy’s accept SNAP EBT payments?

Yes. Because our ingredients are fresh and you get to bake at home, Papa Murphy’s accepts SNAP EBT payments. Place your pickup order online and select the EBT/SNAP payment method during checkout. Then bring your EBT card and another payment method for any remaining balance to pay in-store. EBT/SNAP payments must be processed in-store.

Can I pay online with SNAP EBT?

You may place a pickup order online and select EBT/SNAP for the payment method during checkout, but EBT/SNAP payments cannot be processed online. Bring your EBT card to pay in-store when you pick up, along with another valid payment type for any remaining balance.

Can I order delivery and pay with SNAP EBT?

Because SNAP payments cannot be processed online, EBT/SNAP payment is not accepted for delivery orders. Please choose pickup when you order online and bring your EBT card to pay in-store when you pick up.

Rewards

How do I earn Rewards?

Earn credit for each qualifying visit by signing into your account during online ordering or by entering your phone number on the payment device in-store. As your qualifying visits start to accumulate, you'll unlock purchase-based Rewards tailored to you and your favorite items. You can look forward to free items, birthday pizza, dollars off your order, and other exclusive Rewards.

Each day, up to two qualifying visits can count towards purchase-based Rewards. Qualifying visits must be three hours apart and include a minimum spend of $4 before taxes and discounts.

How does Papa Murphy’s birthday pizza Reward work?

If you’re a MySLICE Rewards® member and you’ve made a qualifying visit at least 180 days prior to your birthday, a Birthday Reward will be added to your account on your birthday. Redeem online or in-store within seven days for one regular price* pizza – up to $16 value. Not a Rewards member? Sign up now!

 

*Excludes Specials, FAVES, XLNY, $6.99 Medium, Tuesday & Friday pizza deals. Cannot be combined with other offers or coupons.

How do I view my Rewards?

Sign in to your account. Then click on the profile icon to view your MySLICE Rewards® and see how many visits to your next Reward.

How do I redeem my Reward?

REDEEM ONLINE 

Sign in to your account during online ordering and follow these three simple steps:

1. Select the items you want to purchase and add them to your cart.

2. Add an eligible Reward item to your cart.

3. Go to your cart and click + ADD next to the Reward you wish to redeem. Then click Checkout to see your savings!

 

REDEEM IN-STORE 

Simply enter your phone number at the payment device. The cashier will notify you of any available Rewards and give you the option to redeem one at that time.

 

NOTE: Only one (1) Reward may be applied per transaction. Discount can be used on one regular price item only.

Why can’t I redeem my Reward?

Rewards cannot be applied to items on Special, including Tuesday and Friday deals. Only one Reward can be used per order, and Rewards cannot be combined with promo codes.

 

To redeem a Reward online, add an eligible Reward item to your cart. Go to your cart and click + ADD next to the Reward you wish to redeem. Then click Checkout to see your savings.

Why can’t I access my account?

If you've completed the steps to create an account and you're unable to sign in, you may need to reset your password: Go to the Sign In page and click Forgot Password. Then, enter the email address used to create your account.

 

If that doesn't work, try to create a new account. Be sure to complete all the required fields and check the box to agree to Terms & Conditions. Then click Create Account.

How do I reset my password?

If you've forgotten your password, go to the Sign In page and click Forgot Password. Then, enter the email address used to create your account.

How do I update my account information?

To update your account information or change your password, Sign In to your MySLICE Rewards account. Then click on the profile icon and select Update Profile.

Delivery

Does Papa Murphy's offer pizza delivery near me?

Yes! Delivery orders can be placed on PapaMurphys.com or the Papa Murphy’s App. Simply select Delivery as your order type and enter your full delivery address. Delivery options vary based on location and driver availability.

Does Papa Murphy's partner with third party delivery companies?

We sure do, and for most Papa Murphy's locations, you can place your delivery order right on PapaMurphys.com or the Papa Murphy's App – easy, right? But if you prefer, you can check with your favorite provider to see if they deliver Papa Murphy's to your location. Here are a few: DoorDash, Grubhub, Postmates, Uber Eats, EatStreet, Food Dudes, and GrubSouth.

How long will it take to deliver my food?

We’ll do our best to provide a reasonable ETA when you place your order. Our delivery partners pride themselves on delivering within the estimated time, however, traffic, order volume, and – on occasion – car trouble or bad weather could cause unforseen delays.

Can I schedule my delivery time?

You can schedule same-day delivery at a specified time on PapaMurphys.com or the Papa Murphy’s App. We apologize that future-day delivery is not currently available.

Are there additional costs for delivery?

You may see a delivery fee, a service fee, and/or a minimum order amount for delivery orders. These costs vary depending on the delivery provider and/or the website or app used to place the order.

How do I get help with my delivery order?

If you placed your order on PapaMurphys.com or the Papa Murphy’s App, please call the store that received your order. The team there will do their best to help, but once your order is dispatched to a delivery provider, it may not be possible to modify or cancel the order. If you ordered through a third-party delivery partner, please contact them directly (e.g., DoorDash, Grubhub, Postmates, Uber Eats, etc.). We wish we could help, but that's the best way to get support. The same goes for payment issues or refund requests.

Are Papa Murphy's deals, Rewards, and coupon discounts available on delivery orders?

When you place your delivery order on PapaMurphys.com or the Papa Murphy’s App, deals, Rewards, and coupon discounts are all available. They are not available, however, when ordering through third-party delivery sites.

Baking

Where can I find baking instructions?

Please visit our Baking Instructions page for step-by-step instructions to bake - or grill - your perfect pizza, dessert, or side!

Can I refrigerate my pizza before baking?

Refrigerate your pizza if you don't plan to bake it within 60 minutes of purchase. Then, remove it 60 minutes prior to baking for the crust to rise. Always bake pizzas within 24 hours of purchase.

Can I freeze my pizza?

We love being fresh and never frozen, but you can request double-wrapping in-store, so you can freeze your pizza. The day before you bake, remove from the freezer and let it thaw in the refrigerator for 24 hours. Then remove from the refrigerator and let it sit at room temperature for 60 minutes before baking.

Can I eat any of your products – like your Cookie Dough – raw?

Our Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough is now Ready-to-Eat and can be enjoyed baked or raw, although we recommend our guests bake our cookies to truly have the Take ‘n’ Bake experience!

Where do I find the full list of ingredients?

How long can I keep unbaked pizza in the refrigerator?

Always bake pizzas within 24 hours of purchase. Remove refrigerated pizza 60 minutes prior to baking for crust to rise.

Does Papa Murphy's have gluten-free, dairy-free, or keto-friendly pizza options?

Our lifestyle-friendly options include: Udi's certified gluten-free crust, Violife dairy-free cheese, and crustless keto-friendly pizzas – all available online and in-store at Papa Murphy's locations.

 

Gluten-free crust (available in medium size only) is topped in a shared kitchen that also handles gluten-containing ingredients; dairy-free cheese options are prepared in the same shared kitchen areas as options containing dairy. We do not assume responsibility for any sensitivity or allergy caused by our products.

Does Papa Murphy's have vegetarian and vegan pizza options?

Yes, we have many vegetarian and vegan options: Our original, thin, pan, and stuffed pizza crusts are vegan. Udi's gluten-free crust, however, contains eggs. We also have plant-based and lactose-free Violife dairy-free cheese and a wide selection of vegan toppings. Detailed ingredient information is on the Nutrition page. Cheese, please! Does your cheese contain animal rennet?

The enzymes or rennet used in our cheese production is from a non-animal source. 

I have a nutty allergy. Do your products contain peanuts or tree nuts?

Potential cross-contamination of both peanuts and tree nuts from our vendors may exist from shared production equipment and facilities. We are unable to make any guarantees of peanut- and tree nut-free products and continue to work with our vendors to obtain the most current and accurate information.

Can I eat any of your products – like your Cookie Dough – raw?

Our Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough is now Ready-to-Eat and can be enjoyed baked or raw, although we recommend our guests bake our cookies to truly have the Take ‘n’ Bake experience!

What are your pizza sizes and how many slices do you get?

It’s all in how you slice it, but here's our guidance for nutrition information. 

Medium = 12" = 8 slices 

Family = 16" = 12 slices 

XLNY = 16" = 12 slices 

Large = 14” = 8 slices  

Crustless = 8 servings per tray 

Are there genetically modified organisms in any of your products?

We currently do not collect information regarding GMOs from our vendors. As we work to make further enhancements to the products we offer, please stay tuned for updates.

How can I get a refund?

We’re truly sorry for any inconvenience. Since Papa Murphy's is a franchise organization and store locations are independently owned and operated, any refunds must be processed at your local store. You can send a message with the details and we'll forward the information to the store owner, or – for fastest results – reach out to your local store directly and ask to speak to a manager.
