What can I see and do there?

Crayola Experience is packed with 28 creative activities and attractions where color, chemistry, and technology magically combine to create a colorful adventure for your child. Explore Melt & Mold where you can create everything with melted wax or create your very own Crayola crayon at Wrap It Up! Visit our Attractions page to learn more about each area.

What are your hours of operation?

Crayola Experience hours vary depending on the time of year. Daily operating hours and special events are always posted on our calendar. We recommend allowing at least 3-4 hours for your visit to ensure you can try each and every attraction!

How much is admission?

Tickets are $28.99 plus tax per person. Take $3 OFF if you purchase online. Children 2 and UNDER FREE. Senior Citizens age 65 and older are $25.99 plus tax each. Annual Passes, which include unlimited visits and exclusive perks, just $38.99 per person!. That's less than the price of two General Admission tickets! Buy one today!

What does my admission include?

Included in your admission is access to over 28 attractions and colorful activities!  Plus you receive two tokens and a Scribble Scrubbie voucher.  The tokens are used at Wrap It Up and at Modeling Madness.  Additionally, you receive a Scribble Scrubbie voucher, which can be redeemed for a toy pet that you can color, wash, and color again!  Don’t worry!  You can take your new pet home with you!  Plus, you and the entire family can create and keep numerous keepsakes to remember your most colorful day ever. 

 
The only additional items that would be purchased separately are if you and your family would like to create a Wax Hand, Café Crayola, or any items/games at our Trading Post area.  You may also purchase additional tokens.

Can I purchase tickets at the attraction?

Yes, you can purchase tickets at a cashier or kiosk on site. However, purchasing tickets online will save you moolah! And general admission tickets are good for one year from date of purchase. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, most payment apps, and Crayola Experience gift cards. We can accept cash, but we do not accept personal checks. We will accept organizational checks for group reservations.

Do you offer any special discounts?

We offer many special discounts year-round along with limited time promotions! Detailed information can be found on our Special Offers page. We currently offer: 

True Blue Heroes Annual Pass - all military, firefighters, law enforcement, and EMTs receive a FREE Annual Pass.*

Do I need reservations or timed tickets?

No. Your Crayola Experience tickets are valid for one year from the purchase date and you can use them at any time. When you are ready to visit, just bring your tickets to the access area of the attraction.

If you previously purchased timed-entry general admission tickets, you can use them at the indicated time. However, if your plans change, you can use them at any time before they expire without having to reschedule. Timed entries are no longer available. 

How long are general admission tickets good for?

Crayola Experience general admission tickets purchased directly from Crayola Experience are valid for one year. You can use them at any time. When you are ready to visit, just bring your tickets to the access area of the attraction.

Tickets purchased from other sources and 3rd party vendors may have different expiration periods. If tickets are purchased from another vendor, please check the expiration on your ticket.  

My ticket or Annual Pass has expired, can you provide an extension?

All tickets and Annual Passes are not valid past their expiration dates and are unable to be extended.

Can I use my tickets at any of the Crayola Experience locations?

Admission tickets are only valid for the location for which they were purchased. If you purchased for the wrong location or need to change your location, please reach out CEGuest@CrayolaExperience.com and include your ticket order number.

Also check out our Annual Passes! Passholders get admission to all 5 of our locations for a year from the date of purchase, in addition to other perks and benefits. Annual Passes are only $38.99 per person and savings are available for families of 3 or more! Annual Passes must be purchased and redeemed for permanent passes at the location they were purchased for. Make sure you are purchasing for the correct location. Once the pass is processed for a permanent pass, it may be used to visit other Crayola Experience locations. 

I lost/forgot my annual pass. Can I still gain entry today?

All annual passes must be presented upon arrival. If you do not have your annual pass, there is a $5.00 replacement fee per card. If you have not yet received your permanent annual pass, but have a temporary pass, please present the temporary pass at the admissions desk and you will be issued your permanent pass.

Do you offer group rates?

How long should I plan on staying there?

Bigger than an NFL football field, most families spend 3-4 hours exploring our attractions. All the activities are self-guided, so you get to go at your own pace and stay as long as you would like!

Where can I park?

There are several parking options within walking distance of Crayola Experience Easton.

  • Metered Street parking is available throughout the city.
  • South 3rd Street Parking Garage* - 123 S 3rd St, Easton, PA 18042
  • North 4th Street Parking Garage* - 92-28, N 4th St, Easton, PA 18042

Crayola Experience Easton offers two entrances to access the attraction.  One entrance is right off the intersection of Pine Street and South 3rd Street and the other is located just off Centre Square in the heart of downtown Easton.

 

Is re-entry allowed?

Yes. Once you purchase your admission, it is good until closing time that day. Be sure to get a hand stamp before exiting if you would like to re-enter.

Can I bring food and beverages into the attraction?

No outside food or beverages are permitted inside the Crayola Experience attraction.

We do offer a variety of food options inside the attraction. Also, there are a number of nearby dining venues nearby, just be sure to get a wrist band before you leave the attraction. The wrist band will allow re-entry.

Are strollers allowed?

Stollers are permitted inside the attraction. They must be smaller than 31 in. (79 cm) wide and 52 in. (132 cm) long. Stroller wagons of any size are prohibited. 

We conduct security bag checks and stroller screenings prior to entering the Crayola Experience attraction.

Is there any place to eat lunch?

Café Crayola is located on the first floor. There also are many local area restaurants within walking distance.

No outside food or beverages are permitted inside the Crayola Experience attraction.

How should the kids dress?

Crayola Experience is a fun-filled play day for your kids. So, dress for mess, not Sunday best. Most children wear play clothes when visiting the Crayola Experience.

Are there hand sanitizer stations available?

Yes. In fact, we’ve added additional hand sanitizer stations throughout the attraction. These stations are checked regularly, but please contact a team member if you see one that needs to be refilled. We also encourage guests to use our restroom facilities frequently to wash their hands for 20 seconds or more.

Is there a Crayola retail store?

Yes. The Crayola Store is located on the first floor of the Crayola Experience. Here you can shop the largest selection of Crayola products in the world with one-of-a-kind Crayola souvenirs. The Crayola Store is open to the public; admission to Crayola Experience is not required. See store hours and more HERE!

Do you offer donation tickets for charitable giveaways?

Crayola Experience cares about the community. We support thousands of charities in the communities we serve and love to hear about new ways to get involved. Donation requests for tickets must be submitted online at least 30 days prior to your event. All requests require a valid 501(c)(3) to be considered.
