3. USING THE CELL PHONE OF AN ADULT (18+), SCAN THE QR CODE AND FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS TO UPLOAD AND REGISTER THE PARTICIPANT’S DRAWING.
NOTE: (1) ONE PAGE PER PARTICIPANT, MULTIPLE ENTRIES PER CHILD WILL NOT BE VALID AND WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE DISQUALIFIED.
