As an active older individual with ILOCA, I was believing that solo travel was out of reach. There was no way that I was going to manage myself and luggage through airports, hotels, or parking lots. This system changed my thinking. It is clearly evident in every aspect of these products how the disabled mobility perspective has influenced design. Compared to other high quality luggage (i.e. Travelpro), these items are well-priced. I was blown away by the quality of construction with superior interior padding, heavy duty zippers, and mega-sized velcro straps. I love that they are made in Scotland by people who get it. I also want to extend my thanks and praise to the PI customer service team. They kindly answered all my questions very quickly. From the day of order to the day I received my kit was six days - Scotland to Western Canada! I am excitedly booking my next trip! Thanks for creating possibilities! Ok, so yes, these bags are expensive. HOWEVER! The independence they give and the ease of use, for me (and that bit is important because what suits one person won’t... read more suit them all), it’s worth that cost. So I have 2 of these bags, a smaller one and a larger one. The small one is perfect for like a weekend away, but in all honesty, I hate the plate you have to put under your cushion to use it, but I put up with it because the bag is just so useful. Hotel corridors always have thick carpet and wrestling a suitcase and your wheelchair when you’ve travelled is just not the holiday or getaway vibe you want. Especially when the accessible room is like down two corridors at the end. Being able to pull your bag behind you no hands is just way easier and less stress. Went to the USA with my new big bag! Amazing! In lifts out of lifts, pulling it through the airport. Independence while trying to wrangle an anxious autistic teenager at the same time - priceless. If you travel frequently, these bags are definitely worth it, in my opinion

I have just returned from a solo trip, I have the XL version and has been excellent for me, I went on the train with it,I wheeled around the city... read more I visited and forgot at times it was behind me ,Its giving 100% independence on travel, I have good upper body strength and good hand control, I would suggest anyone with weaker hand control should ask what there options are for docking it to your wheelchair, excellent product, Very genuine Company to do business with.I received mine in 3 days to Ireland.
