Because our teammates have all worked for carriers prior to working in the Strategic Non-Medical Solutions group, our team has a strong understanding of the non-medical vendors’ pricing methodologies, risk tolerance, technology platform and claim models. Our group vets these vendors annually and evaluates their systems and any related updates to technology or claims processes. Our prior experience on the carrier/TPA side allows us to better understand the vendor’s claim models and systems. As a result of this experience, we help our customers by making recommendations we feel are properly suited for them.
