When purchasing coins on FIFA 19 I had misread my order - placing 2 orders at once. One of which was a comfort trade and the other being a player auction. I didn’t mean to pay for the player auction, I meant to pay for 2 lots of comfort trades. At first I didn’t notice what had gone wrong but Riley took the time to explain my order through and how we can resolve it!I got refunded in Mulefactory points and was able to place my order again - Riley really did is a credit to their company.Hopefully if you ever need assistance Riley can sort you out :).
