HealthGuard Water Tests

WHAT ARE YOU DRINKING?
A simple water test can boost your confidence in the safety of your family’s drinking water. More importantly, testing may reveal contaminants you have unknowingly lived with for many years.

While many people consider well water the safest they can consume, it’s important to know that public water supplies are required by law to test for harmful contamination. On the other hand, private well water is not subject to any routine testing requirements. If you’re unsure about the safety of your well water, our HealthGuard Water Testing Kits can provide you with peace of mind. Our tests can help detect potential contaminants and ensure your water is safe for consumption based on the Federal Safe Drinking Water Act standards.

WHAT CAN CONTAMINATION CAUSE?

Some contaminants cause immediate illness, while others can create serious long-term health problems. You can’t see, smell or taste many harmful contaminants that can cause cancer, birth defects, and other harmful diseases.  And if you have a private well, no one requires that your well water is regularly tested.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE CONTAMINATION?

When it comes to your drinking water, quality is not optional. Protect yourself and your family by testing your water at the point of use. If results reveal contamination, we can recommend water treatment companies that will interpret your results and advise you of the best way to solve the issues discovered.

WHAT COULD BE IN MY WATER?

Some contaminants like Coliform and E.coli Bacteria can possibly make you sick right away. But sometimes many are there, and you’d never know.  Examples of contaminants that we routinely find and test for include:
