(i'd show it off but the buttons I ordered from another shop are taking a billion years to get here)

This is an awesome enclosure. I had expected this to be a bit bigger, depth wise but its a slim enclosure. As someone said, it was a bit of pain to build but instructions were good enough for someone to understand and put this thing together! Quality of artwork print is also excellent. Delivery took a super long time (by no fault of Eternal Rivals) but arrived safe and sound as the contents were well packaged. Very satisfied with my purchase. Maybe I'll custom order another and add another inch or two for depth!

The Eternal Rivals team was very helpful with my order. I made a last minute change to my artwork after I submitted the order and they happily changed it for me. There was also some hardware missing from my order and they sent out the pieces within the day. Definitely coming back here for any future builds. Love the finished product!

They were able to deliver it along with the case in the timely manner. They did a great job packaging it to ensure that to no harm has been done.

As a beginner, I'm glad the instructions were easy to follow and that it was fun to put the case together!

My buttons don't look the best with the case at the moment in terms of colours (mainly because I was just curious how everything works). But I really appreciate the quality of the case itself!

My first custom build came together pretty easy and with a lot of headaches. Great learning experience. The Mid-Tier case was easily built, feels very sturdy and is nicely weighted. Crown/ Samducksa 202c 24mm buttons are a bit tight to get in and out, but outside of that great case and platform for custom wiring.

Everything I could have asked for in an enclosure, and the layout is just perfect for my hand placement

I love how it's a slim case but you can use arcade buttons on it. (I prefer the arcade button look and aesthetic compared to keyboard buttons of eg. snackbox.)
I tested punk workshop buttons on it, tho I didn't end up using them, they fit perfectly.
I also didn't receive the included wire at first but the seller was nice and quickly shipped it to me.

There was a very slight alignment issue with the button holes but that could’ve been a fault of the artist but I am still pleased with the product. However it said I could upload up to 3 files and I did expecting to receive three prints but I only received one. I may have missed an option to order more or maybe that’s just what I had to do. But considering I payed for the price of one I imagine that wasn’t an issue.
